Using Online Banking
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use Online Banking from any computer – or does it have to be the same
one each time?
You can access it from any computer that’s connected to the Internet. This means you can use your
computer at home or work for a range of everyday banking tasks, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
What is the minimum requirement for my web browser?
To benefit from the full functionality of our website, you need to use a browser that supports 128-bit data
encryption and has both JavaScript and cookies enabled. This is a default setting on most computers.
Our new Online Banking will work best in a modern internet browser. We will now support Internet Explorer 7
or above, Firefox 3.5 or above and Safari 4.0 or above. Older versions, such as Internet Explorer 6 may not
display Online Banking correctly and may be less secure than our supported Internet browsers. To upgrade your
Internet browser visit the Microsoft, Firefox
or Apple website.
