Frequently Asked Questions

You can access it from any computer that’s connected to the Internet. This means you can use your computer at home or work for a range of everyday banking tasks, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

What is the minimum requirement for my web browser?

To benefit from the full functionality of our website, you need to use a browser that supports 128-bit data encryption and has both JavaScript and cookies enabled. This is a default setting on most computers.

Our new Online Banking will work best in a modern internet browser. We will now support Internet Explorer 7 or above, Firefox 3.5 or above and Safari 4.0 or above. Older versions, such as Internet Explorer 6 may not display Online Banking correctly and may be less secure than our supported Internet browsers. To upgrade your Internet browser visit the Microsoft, Firefox or Apple website.
