available for customers with a 3G enabled iPhone or iPod touch with a wireless Internet connection.
You can view account balances, make bill payments and funds transfers and review a summary of
up to one month' s transactions on your accounts.
- There is no monthly access fee for National Bank iBank.

How do I get National Bank iBank?
There are three simple steps to follow, as below:
- National Bank iBank is available for registered National Bank Online Banking customers only.
If you are not registered for Online Banking, please go to our
registration page

- Once you have downloaded National Bank iBank you need to contact us to get it enabled on
0800 49 50 51 (Personal Customers), or 0800 69 62 69 (Business/Rural Customers).

- You will need either a 3G enabled iPhone with the iPhone version 2.0 software (or
greater), or an iPod Touch with version 2.0 software that is enabled for wireless
Internet connection.
- You need to have downloaded the National Bank iBank application

- If your business is eligible
to register for Online Banking you may use National Bank iBank as well.
- You will need a separate customer number and password for each customer you wish
to view, however you only need to download the National Bank iBank application once
to enable you to view your personal and business accounts.

How much will my network provider charge?
- The amount your network provider charges will vary depending on how many functions you perform
in any one session. In general we expect data charges for using National Bank iBank to be less
than using a browser for banking from your mobile phone.
