With iBank you can

- transfer funds
- view a summary of up to a months worth of transactions, including transaction details.
With National Bank Mobile Phone Banking allows you to access your accounts from your mobile phone at any time of the day, wherever there is mobile phone coverage.

To use iBank, you need to:
- be registered for National Bank Online Banking
- have a compatible 3G enabled iPhone, iPad or iPod touch (with a wireless Internet connection). Requires iPhone 2.2 Software Update.
Security
- iBank uses a secure 128-bit encrypted connection between yourself and National Bank. All transactions and internet
messages using National Bank iBank are transmitted in this encrypted environment, ensuring that they information is
protected by a high level of security.

There are three simple steps to follow, as below:
- National Bank iBank is available for registered National Bank Online Banking customers only. If you are not registered for Online Banking, please go to our registration page to see how to complete this.
- You will need to download the National Bank iBank application from the iTunes or App Store. Or you can search under the Finance category for 'National Bank'. Look out for the National Bank iBank icon.
- Once you have downloaded National Bank iBank you need to contact us to get it enabled on 0800 49 50 51 (Personal Customers), or 0800 69 62 69 (Business/Agri Customers).
