If you have forgotten your DirectDeal PIN or have lost your Security Device, please call DirectDeal support on 0800 626 933, or 
+64 4 802 2230 if you’re calling from outside New Zealand.

Once you have answered some questions to confirm your identity, we will arrange for a new PIN or Security Device to be sent to you.

If your PIN, User Id or Security Device has been compromised in any way whatsoever, please call us immediately on 0800 NBNZ CFX (0800 626 923), or +64 4 473 1581 if you’re calling from outside New Zealand.
