My role allows me to set the direction for my team, work with management on various programmes and initiatives, and best of all be part of a business that puts people first.
My career commenced as a school leaver, with little understanding of what it was I really wanted to do. Twenty years on and it is fair to say that my direction is a lot clearer, although definitely not limited to any specified area or particular job. Over my career to date I have had 14 different job roles, with the last four being leadership positions.
